If you are unable to report the maintenance online, you can call us on 0117 935 45 65 during working hours. If it is an out of hours emergency, please call the emergency number we have provided you with.

It is our policy to rectify all maintenance issues as soon as possible. Help us to help you by using the website to report your maintenance requests & report it as soon as you are aware there is a problem.

Please don't wait until Friday afternoon/Saturday morning to report serious problems as it is more difficult to resolve maintenance at the weekend.

what is an emergency...?

An emergency situation is when the incident is dangerous, life threatening, serious deterioration of the property or may result in personal injury or public liability claim. If you have an emergency situation, i.e., water coming through the ceiling, we will endeavour to help you immediately.
